Emergency services rushed to the scene shortly after 2 p.m., where they found a tangled mess of twisted metal, shattered glass, and debris strewn across multiple lanes.
According to eyewitness accounts, the crash involved at least four vehicles, including a delivery van, two sedans, and a light truck.
