The Department of Employment and Labour will roll out an Integrated Service Delivery Outreach Programme in Soshanguve on 20 May 2026 as part of Workers’ Month commemorations.
The initiative, themed “Taking Services to the People,” aims to bring essential labour-related services directly to community members in Soshanguve and surrounding areas. The outreach programme will take place at Soshanguve Mall Entrance 2 parking lot from 08:30 until 15:00.
Residents will have access to a range of services, including Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) assistance, Compensation Fund services, Public Employment Services, Inspection and Enforcement Services, as well as work seeker registrations.
Community members seeking employment opportunities or assistance with labour-related matters are encouraged to attend and bring important documents such as their ID card or book, certificates, and updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
The Department says the outreach programme forms part of ongoing efforts to improve service delivery and ensure that government services are accessible to communities.
