A 31-year-old woman from the north coast of KwaZulu-Natal is desperately pleading for help as her health continues to deteriorate in ways she says no doctor or traditional healer can explain. Snenhlahla Khoza, known to friends as Sne, claims that her nightmare began shortly after she started dating a foreign national in 2022—a relationship that she says has left her with a mysterious aging condition that has rapidly transformed her appearance.
“I was 27 when we met. I was young, I was beautiful, and I had no health problems,” Khoza said in an emotional interview with Thuleleni TV. “Now I look older than my own mother. My skin is wrinkled. I am tired all the time. Nobody can tell me what is wrong.”
Khoza alleges that after becoming intimate with the foreign national, her body began changing in ways she never anticipated. Within months, her skin started to sag and crease prematurely, leaving her looking decades older. She has since lost contact with the man, who she says disappeared without explanation.
Desperate for a cure, Khoza says she has exhausted every option available. She has visited Western doctors, undergone countless medical tests, and spent what little savings she had on specialists—all without a diagnosis. She has also consulted prophets and Izangoma (traditional healers), many of whom have told her the same thing: she was bewitched, and the aging skin condition is incurable.
“I have tried everything,” she said, her voice breaking. “There is nothing I have not done. But every morning I wake up, and my skin is worse than the day before.”
Khoza is now appealing to anyone who may have experienced something similar or who knows of a healer or doctor willing to take on her case. “I am only 31,” she said. “I cannot live like this forever.” Thuleleni TV has urged anyone with information to come forward.
