Shebe’s Case yet again Postponed as Matter Heads to Regional Court

The case against Limpopo musician Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke, popularly known as Shebeshxt, has been postponed to 27 March 2026 by the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court.

Chauke is facing serious criminal charges, including multiple counts of attempted murder following a shooting incident that allegedly took place in October 2025 in Polokwane, where a man was reportedly shot and sustained serious injuries.

It is said that the postponement will allow for administrative arrangements to transfer the matter to the regional court and to secure a new trial date.

The transfer to the regional court marks a significant development in the case, which continues to attract public attention due to the seriousness of the allegations and Chauke’s prominence in the local music scene.
