Shebemaburna’s  Bail Judgment Postponed to December 17

The bail hearing of controversial figure Shebe has been postponed, with the court expected to deliver its judgment later this week.

Magistrate Godfrey Netshiozwi on Monday deferred the bail ruling to Wednesday, 17 December 2025. The postponement means Shebe will remain in custody until the court hands down its decision.

The matter has drawn significant public attention, with supporters and critics closely monitoring developments in the case. The defence and the State have already made their submissions, and the court is now set to consider the arguments before delivering its judgment.

Shebe is expected to return to court on Wednesday, when Magistrate Netshiozwi will announce whether bail is granted or denied.
