In a ceremony resonating with historic significance, the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality has formally inaugurated Mr. Patrick Senti as its new Chief Fire Officer, ending a 101-year chapter where the senior leadership of the city’s fire services had never been held by an African candidate.
