South African TikTok sensation and culinary content creator Onezwa Mbola has delighted her fans with the announcement that she is expecting her second child.
Mbola shared the news on Spring Day, 1 September, in a video that initially appeared to be another one of her popular garden updates. As she showed off the vegetables growing on her farm, including kale, leeks, beetroot, strawberries, tomatoes and cabbages, she casually delivered the big surprise.
“I’m also growing a baby,” Mbola said in the video, before revealing her growing baby bump.
The announcement was accompanied by a pair of tiny pink Minnie Mouse booties, immediately sending fans into a frenzy, with many speculating that Mbola could be expecting a baby girl. However, she has not publicly confirmed the baby’s gender.
Mbola captioned the post: “Happy Spring Day. Here’s to new beginnings and more growing.”
The pregnancy reveal has attracted an outpouring of congratulatory messages from fans and fellow content creators, who celebrated the news and praised the creative way she chose to share such a personal milestone.
Known for her farm-to-table lifestyle and videos centred around food she has grown, raised or foraged herself, Mbola has built a large following through her authentic storytelling and love for food.
